KESARE reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall become effective immediately upon being published on the website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.

While we partner with reputed third-party logistics providers, including Delhivery One Shipment, KESARE’s responsibility is limited to handing over the order in proper condition to the courier partner. Any delays, damages, or losses occurring in transit are subject to the terms and handling of the respective logistics providers; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving such concerns.

KESARE shall not be responsible for delivery failures arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading shipping information provided by the customer. In such cases, any additional costs incurred for re-shipment or handling may be applicable to the customer.

All disputes arising in connection with shipping, delivery, or related services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the location of the company’s registered operations, in accordance with applicable laws.
