Refund policy

At KESARE, every product is thoughtfully curated, carefully inspected, and securely packaged to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation. Due to the nature of our offerings, we follow a strict 7-day return policy, which means customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accompanying materials. The product must be returned exactly as delivered. Any signs of usage, damage, tampering, or missing components may result in rejection of the return request. To initiate a return, customers are required to contact us at care@kesare.in with their order details and reason for return. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Customers are advised to inspect their orders at the time of delivery. In case of any damage, defect, or incorrect item, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof. Requests raised after this timeframe may not be considered.

Certain categories of products are non-returnable, including spiritual and astro-based items once delivered, personalized or custom-made products, gift boxes and curated sets, items purchased during sale or promotional offers, and gift cards. Due to the sensitive and personal nature of these products, we do not accept returns under these conditions.

KESARE does not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved after inspection, customers may place a new order separately. All approved returns are subject to a quality check upon receipt, and KESARE reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on compliance with the policy. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, excluding any shipping charges.

KESARE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. This policy is designed to maintain product authenticity, hygiene, and quality standards for all customers.
